		<description>Andrew, interesting concept.  I&#039;ve never thought of it numerically.  I think for me, sometimes it&#039;s just one facet of your life that&#039;s below the capacity it needs to be at.  It&#039;s definitely really crucial to explore the issue.  sometimes it&#039;s your own fears and inadequacies that get in the way, and we mistake that with knowing what&#039;s good for us.  It&#039;s really important to ask why something makes you feel the way it does.  But first, it&#039;s quintessential to acknowledge that it is, indeed, making you feel that way.
You make a good point.  Lots of men (and women, myself included), deal with this kind of thing on a regular basis.  The first step to conducting your life at your optimum is learning to separate what&#039;s good for you, and what might be a source of emotional vampirism.
