How watching hockey (or any sport) can change your life.

A nice easy wrister.
Here’s what I want you to do:
- Play the video below.
- When I ask you to, pause the video below and watch one of the YouTube videos.
- When the YouTube video is complete, continue watching the video below until I ask you to hit pause again.

Here’s what I want you to take away from this:
- You need to define what a ‘goal‘ is for you, how you score more ‘goals’, who the defence and goalie(s) are in your life, and how to celebrate when you do score a goal.
- You have to have a Game Plan for your life that includes both offensive and defensive threat containment strategies.
- You need to take regular time-outs in life to refocus on the Game Plan and regain the motivation needed to succeed.
Above all, I want to drive home one important point for every guy reading this: professional sports teams and athletes take playing their ‘game’ very, very seriously. Are you doing the same for the game called ‘your life?’
